Ashley Lancz

Ashley is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a clinical specialization in trauma-informed care. As a therapist, she supports neurodivergent and neurotypical youth and adults who may be navigating anxiety, questions around identity and sense of self, life transitions, feeling stuck, or the impacts of trauma. Ashley takes a compassionate, strengths-based approach, working collaboratively with clients to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
Her therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and responsive to each person’s unique needs and pace. Ashley is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore and make sense of their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She draws on Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, flexibility, and connection to what matters most to them.
