Angelica is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with experience supporting individuals coping with anxiety, family separation, addiction, and the impacts of another person’s addiction. Using a compassionate and holistic approach, she helps build on the unique strengths she believes each person already has, while also valuing creativity, laughter, and play as part of the healing process.

Angelica holds a specific passion for supporting men in their experiences of seeking help, recognizing the risk and vulnerability it requires. Her most recent project focused on learning what it is like for men in construction and trades to seek mental health support.
